Stress is a natural reaction. That is why there is what we call good stress or eustress and bad stress. Eustress is stress in a small degree. This is the kind of stress we need to keep us going when we feel down or when we feel too lazy to move. Eustress is motivational stress. However, when stress goes beyond the normal and acceptable limits then that is the bad stress. Bad stress is too much stress. This is the kind of stress that leaves us tired and burned out and the kind of stress that can cause health problems. If we let this kind of stress control our lives the next thing we knew is that we are already disengaging ourselves from reality and from society. To battle this kind of stress there are certain stress strategies that you can do.
Stress strategies are way to deal with stress. When asked the question how to deal with stress, the obvious answer is stress strategies. Stress is a part of life, admit it or not. In fact it is hard to go through life without experiencing some degree of stress. That is why when the level of stress goes overboard it is time for us to do something about it. There are a lot of stress strategies that you can do, but this doesn’t mean totally eliminating the stressors.
Well, can you eliminate work totally so that you won’t feel stressed? You can’t can you, well that is because some of the stressors are essential. What you can do though is reducing the stress levels. First of all if you are having too many works to do, you must learn to prioritize. Work on those papers that have shorter deadlines. Next is make a schedule, this will guide you as you go through your workload. Lastly, do not take your work home as much as possible. Remember that your home should be your place of relaxation and not work.
Some stress strategies will also require you to do some form of exercise. Some of these exercises can even help you regain concentration and focus, like doing yoga and meditation. Other types of exercise can help you vent out anger and frustration like kickboxing, karate and even boxing. Running, jogging, cycling are also great ways to relieve yourself of stress. Stress strategies are formulated in order to help those individuals who are constantly suffering from stress.
Stress strategies are helpful, especially if you are beginning to feel the ill effects of constant stress. Keep in mind that leaving stress alone is not the best way to deal with it because the best way to deal with stress is through the help of these stress strategies.

The release of CRF can play an important role in the body’s ability to cope with daily stressors and it also helps to maintain a person’s physical as well as emotional well-being.
By studying CRF release in rats, scientists were able to establish that continuous exposure to CRF causes the rats to feel anxious, leads to depression as well as lower their libido and cause disruption of the ovarian cycles. Once they have gathered enough evidence showing the negative effect of the increase in CRF in the body, it is hoped that a new and effective chronic stress treatment will be developed.
It is quite necessary that medical professionals must first identify the common causes of chronic stress before suitable chronic stress strategies can be effected. The major reasons why people start to suffer from chronic stress includes personal loss and sudden change in environment.
