This is the kind of stress we need to keep us going when we feel down or when we feel too lazy to move. Eustress is motivational stress. However, when stress goes beyond the normal and acceptable limits then that is the bad stress. Bad stress is too much stress. This is the kind of stress that leaves us tired and burned out and the kind of stress that can cause health problems. If we let this kind of stress control our lives the next thing we knew is that we are already disengaging ourselves from reality and from society. Other types of exercise can help you vent out anger and frustration like kickboxing, karate and even boxing. Running, jogging, cycling are also great ways to relieve yourself of stress. Stress strategies are formulated in order to help those individuals who are constantly suffering from stress.

Stress strategies are helpful, especially if you are beginning to feel the ill effects of constant stress. Keep in mind that leaving stress alone is not the best way to deal with it because the best way to deal with stress is through the help of these stress strategies.
