Stress is not only experienced by adults. In fact young children, teens and young adults also experience stress. In every age group there is a certain level of stress that one has to undergo. Depending on the stress coping skills of an individual this stress can either serve as a driving force or it can also cause failure. Each individual surely has his or her own unique way to cope with stress. Even young children like toddlers have their own way to cope with stress. The most common cause of stress in children, teens and young adults is school. Yes, several school related events and topics can cause a certain degree of stress to these individuals. Elementary, high school and even college can cause stress. In fact stress in college students is very common.

The time spent on schoolworks can also put a strain on a relationship. There are a lot of things that happen in college that can cause stress and one of these can also be the very reason why some people fail to graduate from college.
Stress in college is fairly common and the best way to combat that is having adequate stress coping skills. In addition to that a good support team can also help a person in college cope with stress. A support team does not only includes friends but it also includes the parents. This support system will provide encouragement as well as a certain degree of help.

Another example of stress coping skills is bordering. When we say bordering we mean keeping work in work place. Most people have the uncanny habit to bring work home which usually adds to stress. Home is supposed to be a relaxing place if you take work home with you; you are taking home stress as well.
