Stress is a natural reaction. That is why there is what we call good stress or eustress and bad stress. Eustress is stress in a small degree. This is the kind of stress we need to keep us going when we feel down or when we feel too lazy to move. Eustress is motivational stress. However, when stress goes beyond the normal and acceptable limits then that is the bad stress. Bad stress is too much stress. This is the kind of stress that leaves us tired and burned out and the kind of stress that can cause health problems. If we let this kind of stress control our lives the next thing we knew is that we are already disengaging ourselves from reality and from society. To battle this kind of stress there are certain stress strategies that you can do.
Stress strategies are way to deal with stress. When asked the question how to deal with stress, the obvious answer is stress strategies. Stress is a part of life, admit it or not. In fact it is hard to go through life without experiencing some degree of stress. That is why when the level of stress goes overboard it is time for us to do something about it. Other types of exercise can help you vent out anger and frustration like kickboxing, karate and even boxing. Running, jogging, cycling are also great ways to relieve yourself of stress. Stress strategies are helpful, especially if you are beginning to feel the ill effects of constant stress. Keep in mind that leaving stress alone is not the best way to deal with it because the best way to deal with stress is through the help of these stress strategies.
